With the cameraman Götz Walter I had the opportunity to work for a project produced by the TV channel MDR. During a three-day shoot in a wonderful local Christmas Garden, I worked as a trainee for the cameraman. We produced a whole TV show for Christmas with popular German pop singers. I did different tasks to help the cameraman, the directors and the pop singers. Everyone from the team was friendly and helped me to improve my work. Most of the time we shot in the night, which was interesting, because I learned a lot about shooting in dark situations. Not only camera settings or positions but lighting too.
The TV show is part of program on Christmas Day in 2021. The TV channel MDR is popular channel for Eastern Germany and shows different live events, documentaries and special shows like this project.
